Pressing an SOS button should never feel uncertain. When a user presses SOS on our AI PERS wrist band or neck band, the system immediately activates a two-layer response process.

First, the AI agent analyzes the alert — listening, assessing patterns, and validating urgency. This prevents accidental presses from triggering unnecessary panic.

Once verified, the case is transferred to a trained PRA agent, a real human responder who communicates with the user, assesses the situation, and coordinates with emergency services or caregivers.

This AI + Human collaboration ensures emergencies are handled with both speed and compassion — technology working intelligently, humans responding empathetically.
